1. Which countries are covered for by the databases?
We cover all European countries for all retail sectors . For some sectors we also cover other major developed and industrialized countries. Please select first the country and then the sector. It will show the first retailers or operators as well as the total number of relevant companies in the database.

2. How recent are the figures?
Most of the data is collected within the last 6 months. This is why our databases are very much up to date. However, some companies decide not to publish their data but wait for the legal publishing obligation date before releasing their information. In some cases, estimates are made based on various reliable sources. Generally spoken, each year, more and more companies opt for publishing revenue data. Usually the report consists of data of the past two years. When sufficient officially published data is available a country ranking is established.

3. Is it possible to receive a digital copy of the report?
It is easy to make a digital copy of the relevant sectors yourself. We can also help you by delivering an Excel file with the relevant data. Please note that all information and the digital copy is for internal use only.

4. What is the price?
Please find a clear overview of the prices for the subscriptions on the order pages. All information is available in any relevant combination. Our prices are modest and fair in comparison to any other study of any other publisher in this field. You can order by sector, by country or any combination.

5. How do I pay?
All companies that we have done business with in the past or those, who are well known to us simply receive an invoice at delivery, payable via bank transfer. New customers will receive an invoice beforehand. Payment is then done via bank transfer. After reception of payment we will deliver user ID and password. If required, we send the invoice via email. Credit card payment is accepted as well but bank transfers go very fast these days.

6. Which sectors do you cover?
We have knowledge of Food Service markets and Retailing in the following industries: Food, DIY, Fashion, Shoe and Leather Goods, Consumer Electronics, Personal Care, Furniture as well as Sport and Leisure Goods in most countries all over the world. Soon homeware retail and petrol retail will be included as well.

7. Can you help us in finding market data on a specific segment?.

8. Is it possible to order only certain countries instead of the full report?
For the retail Index the price per country -sector is 150 euro. For Foodservice one country all sectors is 300 euro. Please use the orderform and write the order in the "remarks" box ( country and sector). You can also send us an email with your requests.
